Ask us somethingMost production AI builds vary depending on data readiness, the number of systems being integrated and compliance scope. A discovery sprint typically runs two to four weeks and produces a milestone-based range rather than a single undifferentiated figure. Data that needs cleaning or restructuring before modelling is the most common cost driver.
Yes. We design for Business Associate Agreements, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and responsible PHI handling from the first architecture decision. Compliance is treated as a build requirement rather than a retrofit, because retrofitting PHI controls into a finished system is significantly more expensive than designing for them.
A focused MVP commonly takes 10 to 16 weeks from kickoff to launch. Timeline is driven by third-party integrations, compliance requirements and how much product uncertainty needs resolving before engineering starts. Projects entering with a validated scope and clean data consistently land at the lower end of that range.
Yes. We take on complete builds, and we also operate as a focused extension of an in-house team around AI, mobile, portals or platform modernisation. In the second model we typically own a defined surface end to end rather than distributing individual engineers across your existing sprints.
Its On Media is headquartered in Fresno, California, and has been operating since 2014. We work with clients across the United States and internationally, and engagements run remotely by default with structured weekly checkpoints. On-site sessions can be arranged for discovery or launch phases where they add value.
Our core stack is React and Next.js on the front end, Node.js, Python and Laravel on the back end, and Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile. For AI work we build on OpenAI and Anthropic Claude models, with retrieval-augmented generation over client data. We select per project rather than defaulting to one stack.
You do. All source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation transfer to the client on final payment, and repositories are hosted in your organization from the first commit where you prefer. We do not retain licensing rights over delivered work or reuse client-specific code in other engagements.
Yes. Post-launch support is offered as an ongoing retainer covering monitoring, security patching, dependency updates and iterative feature work. Most clients continue on a monthly arrangement after release. Handover documentation is provided whether or not you retain us, so an internal team can take over cleanly.
