REFUND POLICY/ MONEYBACK GUARANTEE:

We are not subjected to return any deposited funds back if the initial design is approved. ITS ON MEDIA has the right to terminate the contract whenever it deems necessary in the case of any breach or non-compliance with the policy.

All refunds will be accompanied as per the following arrangement:

• • We are not liable to refund funds if the initial designs are approved. However, a refund request can be made when the initial design is created and offered.

• • You are entitled to full money back guarantee holding 10% of management fee if the refund request is made before delivery the initial design concept.

• • You are eligible for a 66% refund amount holding 10% service & processing fee if a refund request is made within 48- 72 hours after the delivery of initial design concepts.

• • You are eligible for a 33% refund amount holding 10% service & processing fee if a refund request is made within 72-120 hours after the delivery of initial design concepts.

• • No refunds are done after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, but you may contact our support team for any query.

• • You may request a refund within 15 days after placing your order. However, management fee is incurred on reactivation of a design order subjected to the type of project.

• • ITS ON MEDIA has the right to approve/disapprove a refund request based on the user agreement and policies. However, you may submit a refund request to our support department.

• • Refunds are not given if a client has selected/ initiated a design.

• • A deployed and live website is not subject to any refund policy.

• • Refund is not going to be applicable on the Custom Packages of ITS ON MEDIA.

• • E.g. : If you have ordered web and logo design service and if you approve the logo, refund can only be claimed before the initial design of website.

• • ITS ON MEDIA will only entertain valid refund requests and that has to be qualified against the design brief and the feedback given for revisions. Without reasoning refund is not allowed.

• • Before finalizing design customer feedback is required; therefore, it’s the client responsibility to give feedback once designs are submitted.

• • Resemblance to an existing design will merely be a coincidence, hence; ITS ON MEDIA will not accept any accountability/ claim of any recompense in such a case. Client has to get his designs copyrighted.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REFUND:

We reserve the right to change any part of this document without any prior notice and your usage of our website would amount to your consent to these terms and conditions. We encourage our visitors to constantly check this document. ITS ON MEDIA reserves the full right to alter or erase any part of this site without warning or liability that sparks from that action.

You are not legible to use the designs of ITS ON MEDIA once obtained back after the refund.

Our collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies ITS ON MEDIA shares Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that restrict the re-use a design.
